Custom & Co-Branded Pickleball Paddles
When the moment calls for more than a stock paddle — a tournament with your logo on every prize, a country club refreshing its pro shop, a company sending 200 employees home with branded gear — ARTI Athletic produces co-branded and custom paddles built to the same USA Pickleball-approved standard as the retail lineup. Same construction, your design language.
Who Customizes With ARTI
Tournament Organizers
Tournament-grade paddles for finalists, branded paddles for sponsor giveaways, and co-branded packaging that turns prize tables into marketing. We supply paddles to UPA and PPA tournament stores and have produced runs for regional opens and league championships.
Corporate Events & Gifting
Conference attendees, employee onboarding, client gifts, executive retreats, and team-building events. Each attendee leaves with a USAPA-approved paddle and branded sleeve. Volume-tier pricing kicks in at meaningful order sizes; talk to us about the event.
Country Clubs & Resorts
Pro-shop exclusive colorways carrying the club's identity, member welcome paddles in tier-specific packaging, and tournament-prize paddles for the club championship. Resorts adding pickleball use custom paddles to build a signature property experience.
Pickleball Clubs & Leagues
Club-edition paddles for member sales, league-prize paddles distinguished by season, demo paddles in instructor colorways, and rental-fleet paddles built for durability. Co-branding signals a club identity that off-the-shelf gear can't match.
Retail Partners & Distributors
Dealer-exclusive colorways for specialty retailers and regional chains. Carve out a SKU only your store carries — protects your differentiation against marketplace and DTC pricing pressure while giving customers a reason to walk in.
Schools, Universities & Athletic Programs
Team colors on paddles, mascot artwork on faces, branded packaging for incoming athletes. PE programs, intramural leagues, and varsity-level club teams use custom paddles to anchor program identity.
What We Customize
- Paddle face artwork — full-bleed graphic, logo placement, multi-color print, single-color minimalist; we work from your existing brand assets or partner on design
- Edge guard color — match the artwork or contrast intentionally; we keep a working palette and can source specific colorways on volume
- Handle wrap — color and grip style options to complete the visual
- Packaging — branded box, hangtag, insert card, and event-specific sleeves; QR codes to landing pages where relevant
- Construction spec — premium T700 carbon-fiber face or standard fiberglass; polypropylene honeycomb core; weight and balance options across the catalog
- Insert collateral — co-branded care cards, warranty info, and event-specific messaging slipped into each paddle's packaging
How It Works
1. Brief & Quote
Tell us what you need, when you need it, and what you want it to look like. We confirm volume, construction spec, customization scope, and lead time in one round. Quote follows within 1 business day.
2. Design & Mockup
You send brand assets or a design direction. We produce a paddle-face mockup and packaging visual for your approval. Two rounds of revisions standard. Final-art sign-off locks the design.
3. Production
Paddles enter production with your locked artwork. Same factories and quality controls as the retail line — every paddle leaves the line USA Pickleball-approved and tournament-legal.
4. Fulfillment
Direct shipment to your event venue, distribution warehouse, country club, or piecewise to a list of recipients. Palletized for facilities, individually packaged for member kits, or event-day cases on request.
USA Pickleball Approval — Customization Doesn't Affect Legality
Custom artwork on the paddle face is a print layer over the same approved construction. Co-branded paddles are USA Pickleball-approved and tournament-legal at point of sale, identical in legal status to the retail lineup. We provide certification details on request for sanctioned events.
About the Brand
ARTI Athletic Inc is a Dallas, Texas pickleball brand established in 2024 and led by Kenny Chen, Managing Director. Every paddle is USA Pickleball-approved. Premium paddles use raw T700 carbon-fiber faces on polypropylene honeycomb cores — aerospace-grade construction trusted in top tournament paddles. The brand was featured on CBS Mornings in May 2026 and supplies select retail partners including Deep Drive Pickleball in Southeast Asia.

Frequently Asked
What's the minimum order for custom paddles?
Custom and co-branded orders typically activate at meaningful volume — the exact minimum depends on the customization scope (face print only vs full edge-guard and packaging). We confirm at quote stage based on your project. For very small volumes, we sometimes apply branded sleeves or hangtags to stock paddles instead, which is a lower-MOQ alternative.
How long does a custom run take?
From locked-and-signed artwork to in-hand, typical lead times run 4–10 weeks depending on volume, construction spec, and shipping origin. Rush production is sometimes available for tournament and event timelines — flag the in-hand date when you request a quote and we'll work backward from there.
Are custom paddles still USA Pickleball-approved?
Yes. Custom artwork is a print over the same approved construction. Co-branded paddles are tournament-legal and identical in legal status to the retail lineup. Certification documentation is available on request for sanctioned events.
Do I need to provide finished artwork?
Not necessarily. If you have a brand kit, logos, or a design direction, we work from that. If you need design help, we can collaborate on the paddle face and packaging together — discussed at the quote stage. We do not do open-ended design work for tiny projects, but for meaningful volumes we'll partner on the look.
Can you do private-label paddles under our brand?
For distributors and retail partners with the right volume, yes. Private label is a separate conversation from co-branding (which keeps ARTI present on the paddle). Reach out and we'll talk about the right structure for your business.
What about co-branded balls, bags, or apparel?
Balls, bags, and apparel can also be co-branded for the right volume. Branded ball sleeves are a popular pair-up for tournament prize packages. Talk to us about the full kit if your event or program needs more than paddles.
